Risk Suite 2 Incidents

Incidents are any accidental event that has occurred during the day to day running of the company. To log a new incident click the [New Incident] link.
Incidents are listed showing a summary of the incident, the area the incident occurred, it's initial cost, the date it was created and links to [Edit] the incident, [Create Risk] from the incident and [Archive]. If there are lots of incidents they will be displayed across multiple pages with 10 or more incidents per page.
Full incident details can be displayed by clicking in the summary column.
Add new / Edit incidents
To add a new incident click the [New Incident] link in the sub menu, to edit an existing incident, click the [Edit] link next to it.
When adding or editing an incident you must identify certain key details.
Summary, a short description of the incident, displayed on the incident page (max. 250 characters)
Area, location or site at which the incident occurred (max. 50 characters). Click the [...] browse button to quickly select from previously entered areas (this list can be administered in the drop-down set-up)
Incident, a description of the incident (max. 500 characters)
Potential Risk, details of a potential risk that has been observed from this incident (max. 250 characters)
Initial Cost, the cost incurred through or to resolve the incident
Action Taken, the action taken to resolve or clear the incident (max. 1000 characters)
All fields require data to be entered.
To save the data entered and create a new incident or save changes to an existing incident, click the [Save] button, to discard the new incident or changes click the [Cancel] button.
If an incident has been used to create a risk, details of the risk created will be displayed at the bottom of the incident details.
